You could do this by eating a couple scrambled eggs with some veggies that contain a high amount of fiber, some whole-grain bread and a cup of Greek yogurt filled with protein. You can mix the yogurt with some Fruit or a little bit of honey if you like. Also, a good tip, Make a smoothie with an avocado. Avocados contain some fat. However, they will fill you up for a long time. Try mixing an avocado with one or two bananas and some milk. This smoothie will also give you a natural energy boost, something we could all use now and then.

Go to bed on time.
